Whether you're early, mid, or late career, the Fellowship will give you the structure and accountability you need to make the breakthrough progress you've been struggling to achieve on your own, while fitting into your busy schedule.

how it works

The Fellowship has been designed to give you a step-by-step process and to hold you accountable. 

Starting August 3rd, you'll spend about five hours per week doing the following:

Complete assignments on your time

Watch videos, explore resources, and complete self-assessments. No need to login at a specific time, just get the work done by the stated deadlines. 

Weekly team working sessions

Video conference with your team of [PN] alumni to help you think boldly and hold you accountable. Choose between Wednesdays at 7pm EST or Thursdays at 9pm EST.

1-on-1 calls with your partner

We'll match you with an Accountability Partner, and every other week you'll connect with them to complete an assignment together (you schedule the calls at a time that works for both of you).

An entire community excited to help

Crowdsource ideas, resources, and connections from other [PN] alumni, your personal network, and the facilitators. You're not alone; put your growing network to work for you!

what you'll experience

Expect to spend five hours per week working through the program. Once per week on Wednesdays at 7pm EST or Thursdays at 9pm EST (you pick!) you'll have a 1.5 hour video call with your assigned Team.

Is the Fellowship right for me?

We've designed the Fellowship to help you figure out exactly what you want next from your career and develop a plan to get there, regardless of your age, background, or industry.

The Fellowship will NOT be a good fit for you if:

  • You already know exactly what you want and just need help landing a job

  • You want one-on-one industry expert coaching

  • You want the answers handed to you and aren't willing to put in the hard work

  • You aren't excited to spend some of your time helping your peers

  • You're not able to commit to completing the assigned work (about 5 hours per week)

What do you mean by "career change"?

We're not just talking about changing from one career to something entirely unrelated and different; we're talking about making some sort of change to your career that brings you more fulfillment. For some people, success is finding a similar role in a new organization, and for others, success is starting over entirely in a new role, new organization, and new industry. We'll help you figure out what's best for you!

How much time will this take?

We've designed the Fellowship to be about five hours of work per week (mostly on your own schedule, except for the Team calls). Participants get the best results when they keep up with the suggested deadlines and attend all of the weekly Team video calls.

What technology do I need to participate?

All you need is a computer with a webcam (tablets won't work!), reliable wifi, and a Google account. We'll be using a program called Teachable for the program curriculum, a tool called Slack for our community discussion forum, Google Hangouts for our video calls, and Google Docs for our assignments. 

What if I have to miss one or more of the Team video calls?

While we really want you to participate as fully as possible in the Fellowship, we understand that you may occasionally have a conflict. When you enroll, you'll be asked to choose either Wednesday or Thursday meeting times. If you need to miss just one of the four Team video meetings, you can give you team advanced warning and make up the work later. However, if you need to miss more than one, we suggest you wait for the next Fellowship

Refund Policy and Money Back Guarantee

Your are eligible for a full refund up until 3 days before the Fellowship begins. After that, we cannot provide a refund, but we can transfer your enrollment to a later date up until two weeks into the Fellowship.

Who is facilitating the program?

Grant Schroll, cofounder of Mission Collaborative - I'm passionate about helping others figure out who they want to be when they grow up. I use my background in Design Thinking and facilitation to reimagine career change and create transformative experiences for bold people like you!
