Is the Fellowship right for me?
We've designed the Fellowship to help you figure out exactly what you want next from your career and develop a plan to get there, regardless of your age, background, or industry.
-
You already know exactly what you want and just need help landing a job ASAP -
You want one-on-one expert career coaching (this is a peer-to-peer program) -
You want the answers handed to you and don't have time to put in the hard work -
You aren't excited to spend some of your time helping your peers -
You're not able to commit to completing the assigned work (about 5 hours per week) -
You’re looking for specialized career advice for a unique situation (launching your business, getting promoted to CEO, etc.)
What do you mean by "Career Design"?
Career Design is the act of intentionally crafting your career to make it fit you, whether you want to make the most of your current situation or make a bigger career change to something entirely different. Career Design is all about understanding yourself, your goals, and your options, then making a plan and taking thoughtful steps towards more fulfillment.
How much time will this take?
We've designed the Fellowship to take about five hours of work per week (mostly on your own schedule, except for the Team meetings, which are 1.5 hours weekly). You will get the best results when you keep up with the suggested deadlines and attend all of your weekly Team video meetings and Accountability Partner calls.
What technology do I need to participate?
All you need is a computer with a webcam (tablets won't work!), reliable wifi, and a Google account. Nothing to download, and no special equipment required! We'll be using a platform called Teachable for the program curriculum, a tool called Slack for our community discussion forum, Google Docs for your assignments, and a video conferencing tool called Jitsi Meet. We provide tech tutorials before the Fellowship begins so you can learn everything you need to know!
What if I have to miss one or more of the Team video meetings?
Refund Policy and Money Back Guarantee
