The GW Office of Alumni Relations has partnered with the career change experts at Mission Collaborative to bring you the Alumni Career Change Fellowship, a 30-day online program to help GW alumni like you get the clarity and plan you need to create a fulfilling career that fits you.
Whether you're early, mid, or late career, the Fellowship provides the structure and accountability you need to make the breakthrough progress you've been struggling to achieve on your own, while fitting into your busy schedule.

How it works
The Fellowship has been designed to give you a step-by-step process and to hold you accountable.
Starting May 2nd, you'll spend about five hours per week doing the following:
Complete assignments on your own time
Watch career design videos from the experts, explore curated resources, and complete insightful exercises. Just get the work done by the recommended deadlines!
Weekly team working sessions
Video conference with your team to get new perspectives and enlightening feedback. Choose between Wednesdays at 7pm EST or Thursdays at 9pm EST.
1-on-1 calls with your partner
Get out of your head and talk things through with your hand-picked Accountability Partner (you schedule the calls at a time that works for both of you).
Leverage the whole community
Crowdsource ideas, resources, and connections from other GW alumni, your personal network, and the facilitators. You're not alone; put your growing network to work for you!
What you'll experience
Expect to spend around five hours per week working through the program. You'll have a 1.5 hour video call with your assigned Team once per week (Weds at 7pm EST or Thurs at 9pm EST, you pick). You’ll also have a weekly hour-long phone call with your Accountability Partner at your convenience.

Define what you want and identify options that align
Prioritize criteria you want your career to fit and start discovering potential options
May 18 - 24
Choose your top potential career paths to explore further
Use our proven "testing strategies" to narrow down your options
May 25 - 31
Create and start executing your Action Plan
We'll help you start networking and making progress towards your next career
