The Fellowship is a peer-learning program; you'll work with fellow alumni who "get you" and want to help you thrive!
Assignments that fit your schedule
Spend about 5 hrs/wk learning career design principles, exploring career resources, and completing insightful exercises.
Weekly team working sessions
Fellow alumni give you new perspectives and actionable feedback. Choose from: Weds at Noon ET, Weds at 7pm ET, or Thurs at 9pm ET.
Weekly calls with your assigned partner
Go deeper and have more breakthroughs with your Accountability Partner. Schedule calls at times that work for both of you.
Activate and grow your network
Crowdsource ideas, resources, and connections from your supporters, fellow alumni, and the broader Fellowship network.
How does peer-learning work?
During the fellowship, you’ll work alongside fellow Villanova alumni who are also looking to intentionally design their next career steps. Each week, you’ll meet with your assigned team as well as with your accountability partner (all Villanova alumni), to share ideas and reflections, brainstorm together, and support each other in the career design process. We’ve found that this collaborative approach works great to help you expand your network, feel more connected in a moment of transition, and broaden your ideas of what your next career move might look like.
While the fellowship does not include 1:1 coaching, a Program Manager is available for as-needed support to help you if you’re feeling stuck or need additional ideas and resources for your career design process.
