The journey begins with the Career Design Program — a 30-day, community-powered experience where you move step-by-step through reflection, defining possible paths, and testing real opportunities alongside a partner, small team, and Program Manager.
When you continue into Launch, you'll discover a self-paced phase focused on running a job search that is strategic, time-efficient, and aligned with the direction you’ve designed.
Together, these two phases move you from clarity → action in a way that’s structured, supportive, and repeatable for the future.

What the experience actually looks like
A structured, supported path from uncertainty → clarity → action.
A clear weekly structure that fits into real life.
Set aside 7–9 hours per week for online assignments and reflection. The curriculum is flexible, but progress depends on focused effort. The more fully you engage, the more clarity you gain.
One-on-one partner calls that keep you moving.
Each week, you’ll meet 1:1 for one hour with an assigned Accountability Partner to talk through assignments, ideas, and next steps. These conversations are where ideas sharpen, and momentum builds.
Once-weekly collaborative sessions.
In addition to your partner, you’ll join a small peer team that meets once per week (1–1.5 hours), choosing from:
Wednesdays at 12 PM ET, Wednesdays at 7 PM ET, or Thursdays at 9 PM ET
Support that extends beyond your cohort.
You’ll join the broader Mission Collaborative community on Slack — alongside 12,000+ professionals who’ve walked this path before you.
