Your PACT Report — an interactive dashboard with participation, satisfaction, and outcome data. The reporting you need to demonstrate value to leadership.
The Career Design + Launch Program gives alumni 30 days of structured, peer-based work alongside a diverse cohort, then a self-paced phase to act on what they discover.
Alumni move through four phases:
✓ Reflection
✓ Definition
✓ Research
✓ Testing
They do so alongside a small peer cohort and an assigned accountability partner.
Weekly working sessions and 1:1 calls keep momentum high. 7–9 hours per week.
When alumni are ready to move, Launch provides:
✓ Tools for resume and narrative strategy
✓ LinkedIn positioning
✓ Interview preparation
✓ Networking
✓ Negotiation
✓ A structured action plan
Whether pursuing a new role, an internal shift, or a longer-term plan, the tools apply.
The peer cohort is the program’s most distinctive feature. Cohorts intentionally include alumni from different industries and fields. That cross-industry diversity is the mechanism: alumni discover options they could not have seen from inside their own career history.

After every cohort, your team receives the PACT Report — an interactive dashboard built for your institution. Participation demographics, satisfaction scores, engagement and giving propensity data, marketing performance analytics, and season-over-season trend comparisons. Everything you need to demonstrate program value to leadership.
PACT stands for Partner Alignment, Collaboration and Transformation — a reflection of how we approach every institutional partnership.

Mission Collaborative recognizes the institutions that make this shared mission possible. The Partner Impact Fund is an initiative that celebrates cohort success and sustained institutional partnership through recognition awards at milestone levels of alumni participation.
Recognition begins when a program reaches the scale where the cohort delivers its optimal community experience. Award levels increase as alumni participation and partnership impact grow. Recognitions can be applied toward alumni engagement initiatives, staff development, or participant scholarships in future cohorts.
Every award is our way of honoring the higher education professionals and institutions driving this work.
Several of our partner institutions have built the program into a modest revenue stream for their alumni association. The models vary: some institutions add a small enrollment premium that generates per-participant revenue for the institution. Others create tiered pricing that offers discounts to annual alumni association members, incentivizing membership while generating revenue from non-member enrollments.
These models are developed collaboratively with each institution based on their goals and their alumni population. If generating revenue through the program is important to your office, we can explore what structure would work best.
